It was both an honor and a privilege to celebrate your 50th birthday alongside you and the extraordinary souls you call friends. The love and admiration shared that evening were so profound, and while many beautiful sentiments have already been expressed, I feel compelled to add just one more.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful son, Silas, with us that evening. His spirit shines as brightly as yours, and I am deeply grateful for the chance to hold your miracle in my arms. Now you also know why I wanted to have a picture from our time together -- one day Silas will ask who the lady with the accent is that reads his story, then you can show him this photo!! ;-)Ā
There are so many things I'd like to say, yet I feel I've put all the words, the love, the emotions into Silas' and Silver's story already.Ā Ā
