Ladies, we are living in exciting times!
For years now I've been following the developments in medicine and science around the topics of rejuvenation, regeneration, and slowing or even reversing the aging process. My journalistic curiosity was piqued, to say the least.
According to the experts in this field, we are going to witness a quantum leap in medicine within the next decade (or less), and most of what we've been taught about getting older and the "normal" deterioration of our bodies will have to be revised.
That's pretty cool, isn't it?!
Today, I want to open up the conversations about longevity - do you even want to live longer? Do you believe you can stay healthy into old age? - about rejuvenation and the possibility to slow down the aging process and become significantly younger biologically, than what your birth certificate suggests (as has happened to me).
I'd like to approach this conversation less from a theoretical point of view, but from a more personal space and I'm going to share what I've learned from experts, bio-hackers, and even shamans in the field of mind, body, and soul.
For this introduction, I am focusing on the first step on this journey towards optimal health: taking responsibility for what is.

Some in our community are currently dealing with real heartbreak including myself - I recorded this intro in my home country of Austria, where I attended the funeral of my cousin Markus, who was only a few years older than me and who received his cancer diagnosis the year before I received mine.
In a way his death makes me want to live even more. With optimal health.
Health is not given - it is created. Through our actions. Every day.
